[8.900][BUG] Application Control Not Working

Skype appears in the logs, but still connecting ...
Gtalk / Facebook does not appear in logs Application Control and still connecting ...
MSN blocking is ok!

The proxy is using Active Directory with SSO ... the operation of the rules and webprofiles are working properly! 
The same problem occurs in version 8.301...

Just for the records: We splitted the issue for V8 and V9 into separate Mantis IDs. Mantis #21175 is the one for UTM 9.
