[8.900][CLOSED] OWA DNAT Problem

Well, a DNAT isn't going to care about a web site directory, that's a job for a web server.  

I just tried to touch https://owa.mnisystems.co.uk/owa .  I got a webpage not available, connection interrupted messgage.  If you turned on Logging in the DNAT, did you see tbe traffic in the firewall live log?  If so, then the Astaro is passing the traffic, but something downstream, like another firewall or the webserver is dropping the traffic.  If you don't see the traffic in the log, then the initial request is never even getting to the Astaro.

I have changed the settings back to the working set and it is available external as I have tested from our external machine. I just cannot get my head around why we cannot get this working when we remove the requesting routing(MNIDC1.MNISYSTEMS.CO.UK MNIDC1 MNIEXCHANGE01 MNIDC) and add MNISYSTEMS.CO.UK pointing to MNIDC MNIDC1 which are our internal DNS servers. I just don't understand why there are issues with the owa address being resolved externally when this is setting is changed.

Internal clients need to reach the site using an internal IP Address (see https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/Accessing_Internal_or_DMZ_Webserver_from_Internal_network), while external clients need to reach the site using an external address.

I still am getting nothing from external.  Your external FQDN resolves to 86.135.248.62.  Is this the correct IP for the DNAT rule that you've specified?  Is this address added as an additional address on your Astaro and is it enabled?

Yes that IP address is correct. I have tested the address externally and also my email is syncing via OWA. Not sure why you cannot reach the address.

Me neither.  Ok, it working now.  Could have been the beta proxy, which I just restarted, or maybe you changed something on your end.

Thanks for your help Scott seriously cannot understand this. My other DNATS seems to be working perfectly fine.

If you want to continue this thread, please post pictures of these.  Also a picture of the DNAT that misbehaves.

I have added Pictures of the current working settings that allows https://owa.mnisystems.co.uk/owa to be resolved properly.

If the the request route shown is changed it for some reason stops working.

Something a bit off topic, I have reverted back to 8.300 as the SMTP proxy from what I can see has a bug. Doesn't seem to relay all our mail.
