Pattern continues.

Could this be caused by an inability to write to the Hard Disk ( i.e. a bad hard disk? )

on UTM 220 - 9.305

Same error on my home Utm with 9.305 version

I'm seeing this on an ASG 120 with the latest firmware and up2date.  What does this error indicate?
