[9.200][BUG] Namecheap DynDNS update status wrong

Hi,

I just started experimenting with the DynDNS service of namecheap.com. It looks like the UTM thinks the update failed, although it succeeded. 

UTM says: 
DynDNS status is: The last update attempt failed.

DynDNS modified: Thu Jan 1 01:00:00 1970


Namecheap DNS says:
A-Record for a certain subdomain was successfully updated with the correct dynamic IP.

Is anybody having the same issue? [:S]

    How does your DynDNS config look like (printscreen). What does system.log say?

    Although the GUI and the log show errors during the update, the DNS-records at Namecheap get the proper updates. This is what the GUI looks like:

    We have no possibility to reproduce this issue because we have no domain on namecheap.
    Maybe it is possible that you create one for us so that we can check it?

    The other possibility is that you give us access to your Box (WebAdmin and SSH) but Tinkerbell will you ask for that separately

    Is it possible that something on your namecheap account is broken?
    The Domain expired or does not exist?

    I created an account on namecheap.com but with no domain.
    Setup this account on the UTM and get nearly the same error as you.

    The log says "Domain name not found". That is correct because [URL] does not exist.

    In your log there is the following line

    "No Records updated. A record not Found"

    So i think you have configured something wrong!?

    I think I did configure everything like it should be. The domain I use is alive and kicking [:)]

    EDIT: although it is just a dummy account, I would not post the password/host combination here in public [;)]

    Hi, what happens if you disable ONE of the Namecheap DNS services in the UTM?

    Same result: "DynDNS status is: The last update attempt failed."
    Although the updates work correctly, it's just that the UTM states in the GUI that they failed, which they actually did not.

    A google search for the issue gave me the following link:

    The second post suggests that "there is no record created for the same subdomain".
