[9.193-11][BUG] Mail Manager still broke

Hi there,

For the 5 users, for whom the  mail manager failed, please provide system.log and smtp.log at the time you get the perl runtime error.
Non working Mail Manager apparently is caused by a missing DLP entry. For us the mantis is fixed and tested...really weird. We will keep checking.
