Google authenticator is fixed at 30 seconds and at the moment cannot be changed. There may be other authenticator tools (since this is an open protocol) that can be configured for 60 seconds.

Google uses a timestep of 30 seconds and it cannot be changed. Maybe other "specialized" TOTP app just hardcode that value as well.
We're currently developing a Sophos Authenticator app for iOS and Android that will not have this shortcoming. We hope to release it with the final UTM 9.2. I'll announce the app in this forum when it's ready for testing. So, keep your eyes open! [:O] =)
