just as a note: because of your different pattern version on your nodes, confd disabled patch rpms and fell back to download the complete pattern file every time.
2013:04:03-15:54:05 firewall-1 audld[5296]: disabling patch up2dates (confd hint)
The local content filter DB is disabled per default and would be downloaded from different servers though.
