A Firewall rule does not work

Hi all ,
   How to allow this type of traffic using Firewall rules "kindly find the attached photo of the dropped traffic"

Because I use the attached firewall rule and did not success in permitting this type of traffic.

    I added the IPs to 'Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets', But I noticed that when I added these IPs to Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets" I received request timeout error. kindly find the attached snapshot of the configuration.

    Now, for https://91.189.89.114/, I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."  And then I got "3 ubuntu one storage server revision 5823."

    I think you should give up on these two sites if you aren't having problems with others.

    Hi BAlfson,
      I have a serious problem with ubuntu updates As the update can not be completed unless I add HTTPs scanning exception to all ubuntu related sites, and this is not a solution for me , As I identify a period of time to install ubuntu update using time definition and I want this to be automatically.
    As a summary I am trying to know the root cause of the hulting of ubuntu update.

    most_ahdy - I experienced the same problem in UTM 9. IF you are using an unlicensed or free edition, this will not work as it is not the prefered method of allowing external traffic to services on your internal network. If you are licensed fully, there are other means of creating this availability in the software. Wish I could be mor especific but mine are grayed out and unusable.
