Problem has been solved, reason was old version, but it is a problem for big networks, where v8.103 is in production and maximum users are using old version of FF and Chrom.

Just to clarify: It isn't a problem in 8.103 as this bug was introduced only in the ASG 8.2 Code. It is completely unrelated to the Browser type/version. Nevertheless, it should be fixed in the latest Beta [:)]

As wingman ask about version, and i read other posts so i upgrade my browser and works, but yes it is the big problem, as i said if you have big network and if you are using old versions of browser than it will be big pain. I think kbr should reopen this tread again and resolve the problem in next beta.

If you have a big network using old versions of browsers, unsupported by 3rd parties and the vendor, probably riddled with security vulnerabilities, then you have a much bigger pain coming when that company is compromised.  A reputable and knowledgeable IT professional needs to convince them that it would be in their best interest to upgrade to a newer version that is more secure, vendor supported, and which can utilize newer standards (such as CSS3 and HTML5 for example) better.  Any larger company (enterprise), should as part of it's planning for rolling out a new browser vendors product have in place a method of updating the product when necessary.  Failure to do so is a disservice to the company's needs.

Yes, You are right Scott, and i agree with you, and it should be, if we are thing about security. but if customer using current v8.103, with more than 4000 users than it is little difficult, in this case we have to do first upgrade there browser and then we can install v8.2. Second thing he will ask us why Astaro not supporting old versions, it ok if new version in not supportable but its not good that old version is not supportable. But any way, if we don't have option, i will try to conservancy them..!!
