why threads deleted

My 2 cents to this:

Shirkant, in all fairness: 

- You generate a lot of work for Astaro

- Your bug reports do not have a high quality; you still lack a general good knowledge of Astaro products and the way they work to make sure that the bugs you report don't come from a technological misunderstanding on your side, but from an actual bug in the product

- The main purpose of this forum is to find bugs in the product; mainly things that have worked with the last stable version and don't work right now or problems with new parts of the product that don't work as documented.

- Most of your bug reports don't contain the information asked for, including but not limited to
* Step by Step HowTos on to reproduce the problem
* Description if the problem is new to v8.2 beta

- Also your English is very bad and it is very hard to understand you and

last but not least

- you do not seem to act very structured and you mix up many topics; sometimes your postings contain 3 different subjects or divert from the original subject significantly

And in addition, you seem to want the forum to explain to you how the product works. This however is not the job of this forum, especially not the beta forum.

So, if Kai, who is responsible for managing the interaction with Non-Astaro-Testes kindly asks you to not flood this forum here anymore, please accept this decission and save him the work. If he does not want to have your input, he will have good reasons. 

So, do Kai (and also me personally) a favour and stop posting in this forum. Even if this means that you will stop working with Astaro products alltogether.

Also a last word of personal advice: instead of trying to understand Astaro products to the end, your time would be better spent improving your logical, strucutral and language skills.

Kai: 

- I can understand the way you acted; but in the end it is your responsibility to make sure that the signal-to-noise ratio here is good and beneficial to Astaro. It would be helpful if you would post how much of your work day in % the top 10 posters here use and in return how many level 3 bugs or higher they've found. 

All:

- If I sometimes read the bug reports that you post here, I wonder whether you have mistaken this forum here with a prize drawing. Yes, there were some prices handed out in previous betas in the end for the people who found the most bugs, but please keep in mind that you should keep this to a "sane" level. If it's a typo you're reporting, you might collect them and have ONE posting a week or every two weeks containing them; Typos don't score you any points.

- Also make sure to post GOOD bug reports. This will guarantee you respect with R&D and everybody within Astaro. Not quantity, but quality matters.

Hi Kay, hi everyone else,

i realy can't hear it anymore. There are rules, thos rules are for us all. If one person is unable to go with that rules he has to baned. As i can remember i got some private messages from utm_kid to tell him how VLAN works, i wrote him i don't have time to help him, and he wrote me evere few weeks to help him. 

His posts are incredible! Kai told him to reread his posts bevor sending them, 2 posts after that warning where okay, after that, the same kind of "schrott" again ... I'm realy unable in 95% to understand his posts. And then this kind of posts. I think it would be better to ban him for a longer time, maybe 2 month to get "normal" again...

I don't see any point in taking this further publicly. This forum is not designed to replace schooling and the sheer amount of administrative work generated by you and your accounts is incredible, and stopped being constructive some time ago. In addition, far too much effort has been spent trying to educate and otherwise accommodate this behavior, to the point where it is taking precious resources away from the main focus of testing and improving our products.

This forum is also not needing reasons or public discussion about why choices regarding users and their behavior are being address. Move along.
