I found 1 more thing when i browse internet (for 1 hours or so ) for ipv6 site ram usage goes up by 3-5 %  @4 gb ram .
but when i start using normal ip4 site again ram usage come down

ipv6 uses much larger addresses than ipv4 so if you are surfing ipv6 ram usage is going to increase..this is to be expected.

To understand how much ram actaully asg is using i remove 2 gb ram from 4 gb  then i notice swap file usage in constant level then i add 1 more gb ram then it not using swap space 
I AM USING all features with allmost all ips rule loaded 
and local database at 3 gb ram its not using swap file/space 
but why it should use 10-15 %swap space with 2 gb

because it takes ram to run all of the stuff you have turned on.  Keep in mind every single packet that goes through the machine also needs a bit of ram form the time it enters until the time it leases.  Leave the box at 4 because you'll need the extra ram for report generation...[:)]
