No, this only applies to sales people, especially at the end of Q's.
However, as far as I know, Astaro is a quite dungeon-free work environment; at least they are brilliant in hiding them. 
Might be different in Boston however... [:)]

I always wondered why I never meet anybody from RnD when visiting the Astaro office.
