[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Port Forwarding with DNAT

Problem description: HTTP Port forwarding with DNAT is not working on my system.

For a webserver DNAT rule this would be a configuration question only rather than a bug.  Verified on my system that the following rule still works in 7.470 for a server behind my ASG.

Network Security>>NAT>>DNAT
Source: Any
Service: HTTP
Destination: External(WAN) Address
NAT mode: DNAT
Destination: Endor Server (Internal private IP)
Automatic packet filter rule: check

Attached are screen shots images that show my Astaro 7.5 beta configuration.
Maybe this will help in getting the HTTP DNAT port forwarding to my web server to work.

Just noticed CameronB's post, looks like I'm stepping on a bug.
Is there a log file that may help in this situation.

You can check the packetfilter and IPS logs too.

From your screenshots all of the setup is correct and should be working for flow to the freeNAS server for HTTP.

For testing though are you accessing this from a remote PC and sending HTTP traffic to your external IP?

Also check that your freeNAS server default gateway is set to use the ASG internal IP address as otherwise the return packets will not be passed.

As BarryG mentioned watching your packetfilter livelog during a connection attempt should show the initial packet appearing with the private IP of your freeNAS as a destination.

tried again with almost everything turned off but getting same result. thinking of installing an older version of ASG, make that works and then upgrade. is it at all possible to upgrade in place? HTTP is just the beginning. I will also need POP3, SMTP, SSH, FTP, Remote Desktop, and other proprietary protocols. In other words I got to make this work.
Will keep you posted.
