No, the current thread concerns ASL 4.107 and 4.108, which both are BETA. And yes; it supports several types of processors that the current 4.x release doesn't.
I just discovered that if I enable QoS for an interface and, say, three rules exists and are enabled, the rules will not show up in "Current quality of service rules" before I've disabled/re-enabled one of the rules.
Is this by design or is it a bug (f***, I hate using that expression ;-)?
Hmm. Not sure if it is the update or what, but this afternoon (CST) I started getting tons of the following messages: Fw: [ hostname ] [INF 106] HTTP proxy not running - restarted(1 times) followed by this message...
Last WebAdmin login: xxxxxxxxx at Fri Jun 6 01:25:20 from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx System Uptime : 3 days 19 hours 42 minutes System Load : 0.31 System Version : Astaro Security Linux 4.107 License : Office Version Active IP Count : 5 protected IPs
Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions
The odd thing is how my protected IP count keeps going up. I currently only have one machine through the firewall. Anyway, I could not get to the webadmin page and had to hard reset the fw after about 100 emails the same as above. FW came back just fine, and i could get to the web, but now email doesnt work. I updated to 4.108 and let the fw restart. Still no go. I am not using any sort of POP3 proxy or anything, so I am at a bit of a loss. This was working just fine this morning.
I am on a VIA Epia 800 (mini itx) and have been running since the weekend with no issue. Used my backup from my Intel based fw that was running 4.007 and the restore worked fine. Licensing seems fine, just not sure why email has hit the crapper. Outlook express keeps telling me that the POP3 server has not responded in 60 seconds etc etc. I have rebooted my PC, checked my FW logs. PLEASE HELP
