&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s what to expect when it&amp;#39;s released!&amp;nbsp;[*]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To get started on the new Support Portal, you&amp;#39;ll need to register using your existing SophosID. If you do not have a SophosID, you&amp;#39;ll be able to create one as part of the registration process. Registration is quick and easy!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Information on how to register will be made available at go-live, in mid-August &lt;a href="/support-portal" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;on this Community group&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Once you have registered, you will go to the Support Portal to create and manage your cases from that point forward&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will continue to be able to call in to our Support Centres to open a case&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you have any active cases at go-live, these will be migrated to the new Support Portal.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will receive an email from Sophos to let you know your new case number and provide further instructions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Note:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Your old case will be closed at that point&lt;/li&gt;
