How to find cause of strange reboots?

I have had 2 random reboots since moving to v17.  I have also had a problem with /tmp filling up but I caught a reboot when /tmp was still small so that isn't causing the reboots.

v15 and v16 was running great.

The 105 still only has 2GB memory like the 85.  It just has a bigger drive and slightly faster clock speed CPU.

Just FYI after applying KB, things are even WORSE ... multiple disconnects, services failing, device unresponsive. I just cannot believe that Sophos cannot solve this problems for so long ... very bad situation for reputation.

Ubiquiti is great, but it don't have near the security features as Sophos XG ... on the other hand XG is filled with bugs, and 85 up to 125 are so slooooooooow and underpowered hardware... I don't know ... bad situation, very bad.

Agreed. In my case, this entire issue has left me with such a bad impression of Sophos that I can't justify upgrading to 125+ hardware.

Possible solution for the XG 85 problem I see in migrating to UTM9, and I WILL migrate to UTM9, which is obviously far more stable product, to save my reputation with my clients. Never had anything similar with UTM9.

No command -- the device sends those messages to the console automatically. I just happened to have a console window up, to see it.

I connected the CONSOLE port of the Sophos to my computer's serial port. Then I used PuTTY to open a console session using the serial port's COM #.
