Content Disk Usage on CR15iNG (SFOS 16.01.2)

Did you ever resolve this? I'm having a similar problem and am unable to upload new firmware; I think the space issue may be the cause.

Officially CR15iNG is not an eligible device to run XG.

Try to format the XG using MR3 and import the configuration.

Hyder Khalil fixed by going back to v15 and upgrade from there worked.

The Minimum Requirement for XG is 25iNG and above, If the device is upgraded on 15iNG it is unsupported. Kindly DM me the case# for the up gradation case or your Appliance Key.

Cyberoam support cleared the error remotely and the SFOS update that specifically mentions this issue on the CR15iNG was applied.

This is incorrect. I have upgraded more than 10 customers using a CR15iNG to Sophos O/S.

thanks for your feedback. At the time I replied, officially CR15iNG was not supported. They added into latest MR. I am not sure if it was MR3.

I can confirm that I've upgraded my CR15iNG to v17 MR2 yesterday with no issues (well... some minor bugs, but we live in hope....)
