Getting "the connection failed due to incorrect credentials" when testing Radius connection

Could you share the snaps of the Configuration on XG ? and check if there is any CN for your radius server.

Apologies for the delay , according to the PCAP provided the server is rejected your authentication . It would seem you would need to use CN instead of DN and try again .

When you initiate a connection it would ask for Username , Try with CN name cn=<name>.

So the Radius server i added, i edit it, press "Test connection" and with username i fill in cn=testuser ?

I tried that tho, but didnt work either.

Hello Peter,

Please try enabling the PAP under authentication method. PAP is used to test the connectivity between XG and RADIUS server. Please refer to below shared screenshot and let me know if this works for you.

Hi,

I tried your settings, it didnt make a difference. I keep getting the same error.

I also keep seeing "NTLM authentication FAILED" but when i goto authentication -> servers -> <my added active domain server> and press test connection it goes ok.

ill add a screendump of a pcap trace.
