2 wan connections unable to access static ip's on one from main lan but can from outside

are the Nat rules associated with any firewall rules?

yes they are, they have been craeted using the server access assistant

do you have any firewall rules that allow the internal users to access the servers? Are the servers setup with FQDNs or are you relying on IP addressing only?

the firewall rules as setup the same as the ones that work for the first connection (FTTP), i have tried both IP and FQDN neither works on the second connection (FTTC)

when reviewing log viewer where do you find the traffic going?

i cant see any traffic in the log viewer or in the logs on my syslog server howeger the couter next to the nat rules show hits but if i try to browse to th epage i get the site cannot be reached

If you want to access an internal resource via a WAN IP on your own firewall, you need a loopback NAT Rule with MASQ. If you do not do this, the resource will reply directly, causing invalid traffic. 

So simply create a new NAT rule, specify the inbound interface of your internal network. Destination and translated destination as you already have and setup MASQ for translated source.

Please check you are getting firewall rule and NAT with help of Packet Capture under MONITOR & ANALYZE || Diagnostics || Packet Capture click on Configure and enter string as host <destination IP> and port <port number>

From CLI check any drop packet
