• I agree on that. Since the XG hardware is outdated anyway, we're going to upgrade the hardware and licenses as well to some bundle.

    But we're also in the process of evaluating Fortinet. As far as I can tell now, it is for a reason that companies like Fortinet or PAN have easily five to six times the revenue of Sophos, although Sophos is 15-20 years longer in business.

    I am having very strange behavior with V19 MR1 both the versions. I am using XGS6500 in Active Passive mode. When we change the MTU or MSS value on  WAN interface  randomly I get issue with certificate error on end users very slow browsing some users don't get internet , browser Sessions does not responds, P2P VPN  goes down. I can restore system back only after restart. I want to know anybody is having this kind of weird issues. I am in touch with Dev team but could not reproduce it. Need Your feedback......

    did you tried manual snmp requests with a dadicated tool? Just to make sure, which RAW values you got.

    I'm using datto RMM and SNMP v2c - seems like everything is fine here.

  • No, nothing new. They will investigate the issue and get back to me, but so far they haven't even admitted that there is a problem at all.

  • I had opened support case about spam, which has been closed yesterday by tehnician with reason inactivity(I send last email response on friday and he close it on monday)... For us case is not closed until engine will not work as before with older engine which has been reason to use and BUY this subscription but Sophos know that better than us.

    After upgrade to MR1 AND Sophos Lab actions to include our samples into engine spam detection in last 10 days has been a lot of better. We receive only national(slovenian) spams. but today we start receiving some phishing mails which are not in national language:
