Request to share the output of tomcat.log

Login to SSH > 4. Device Console > 5. Device Management

# tail -f /log/tomcat.log

In another SSH session, run the command to restart tomcat service.

# service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

It wont let me SSH into it. 

Could you please take console access to the firewall? You can either use a standard console cable or a micro USB cable.

Yes i am able to take console access but when i entered password on console it gives the following error. 

There seems to be an issue with the hard disk. I'd suggest opening a support case with a Disk Test output. Ensure to share the serial number and license number in the case description. Also please share case ID via PM.
