upgrade sophos xg 430 rev 1 with SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1 to SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 failed

We have a sophos xg 430 rev 1 appliance with version SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1 the appliance offers me to update the appliance but 
when it is applied the appliance reboots and remains with the same version (SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1).

I searched in log and I did not find anything.

Knowing that this update is applicable according to
 docs.sophos.com/.../rn_UpgradeInformation.html

    Hello Carbon15,

    Nc-61506 is still unresolved, not a solution at the moment. This issue is related to upgrading from v17 to v18 MR1, but can be referenced when there are issues moving to MR3. 

    The description is After firmware upgrade from v17.5.x to v18.0 or v18.01 appliance boot up with v17.5.x

    For one of the lines n the log Hakim mentioned I suggested that might be related to NC-61506 even though he was moving to MR3.
