XG - cant ping/access the hosts from outside

Hey guys,

 

i have an issue with accessing to one of our public ip+directed domains from outside. We have 2 ISP behind of XG and one of them is working without problem (Port 4). Other one (Port 2) is an ISP router and  interface set as DHCP. Somehow i can not ping/access to Port2.

 

I tried to find a solution online and did a few tests but was not successful. 

 

I will be so happy if you can help me to figure it out.

    Hi Sachin,

    Please advise on how i can configure port forwarding for my TP-Link Router

    Port 2 WAN on Sophos XG is 192.168.1.150

    Also i have setup DDNS using Sophos Provider

    I'm able to access the user portal to download VPN Client using the hostname with 443 ,but it only works when im connecting to internal LAN

    Unable to access user portal when im on external network

    What im trying to achieve is download VPN Client from external network , login to network via SSL VPN

    I dont have static IP assigned from ISP

    Appreciate any assistance
