SOPHOS XG210 internet connection down

Hello there,
Users who want to go to any web page during the day do not open page 10 for 20 seconds. Gateway is not down. Only web pages do not open. Other internet applications are working. This is not a problem when I disable Firewal and only export the internete from the modem. Nobody solved this problem. Please help me.

I checked Dns.
I checked the WAN Link Manager.
I checked the freamwork.
I checked the Web Policy and App Policy. I disabled it.

Hi,

what version of XG are you running? Please edit the external interface and save it without making any changes.

Also please log a ticket with support for more detailed assistance on the assumption you are a business user?

Sounds like a DNS issue.

Can you post some screenshots of your configuration?

ManBearPig means dns under networking. (Configure, Network, DNS)

Can you post please more Screenshots?

MTU size can cause such issues but most likely not anymore nowadays.

Show us:

Interfaces, DNS Settings, ipconfig of Client, web policy, DHCP, Policy Test Page of your client going to Internet and the matching Firewall policy.
