Sophos endpoint security block

Dear Sir,

We are testing Sophos Enterprise console version 5 and we come across below scanario,

User connected outside internet using usb tangle once connected the interenet we have to block browsing and everything except vpn access. Once vpn is connected he have to browse as per office network security policy for which is defined in the management console. So kindly advice how to develop this type of scanario policy. Our aim is after connecting vpn server only able to browse and use other stuffs like file sharing and etc.,

    We are reinstalled sophos enterprise console, after reinstalled update manager not accepting the credentials during installation(Sophos security update wizard downloading)

    kindly advice how to overcome this issue.

    Hello magesh,

    please

    • do not, never,  post you license credentials in a public forum (I don't recognize the format but they look valid) - I suggest you edit or delete your post
    • start a new thread for new issues- keep in mind these are public exchanges and cluttering a thread with different topics makes it more or less useless for others

    If your credentials don't seem to work please contact support to have them checked
