Sophos Enterprise Console shows wrong Update-Details

Hi everyone,

since Thuesday the half of my machines where shown as out-of-date in Enterprise Console. But when i look on the clients the number of IDE's is correct and the Clients are up to date.

Now the have 363 IDE's but Enterprise Console claims they have only 351 IDE's.

Using Windows 2008 Server with Enterprise Console 5. The clients run Anti-Virus Version 10.0.8 VDL4.81G.

Checked all logs on the clients and the server, but everything looks fine.

Any suggestions what this issue means?

Hello Robby,
and this data is also displayed when they are out of date? Looks like some inconsistency - at least I don't see an obvious reason for this behaviour. Did you call Support?

Yes this data is displayed when they are out of date. I haven't called the support yet. If there is no other possiblity i will open a case.

I am currently facing the exact same issue and have yet to find a resolution. I've followed similar steps and am still facing the same frustrations.

Quick question, what subscription are you using? i.e. Recommended, Previous, oldest / fixed version? may help us diagnose what is going on internally.

Answer from Sophos-Support:
"Change the default percent from 1% to 5% up to a higher percentage."
...this means ishould ignore the failures...thats not really a suggestions...
