Just tested again - works OK for me.

The most likely cause of the problem is how your browser/proxy/computer handles the integrated MySophos logon.

Try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and then using the orginal link again.

If you're stil unable to download the tool: try a different web browser (IE/Chrome/Firefox).  And if that doesn't work try downloading the tool from another computer.

If you're having trouble I recommend breaking down the process into two clear steps:

1. Log in to MySophos with your credentials:

2. With your browser session logged in successfully, download the tool:

Glad it did.  That doesn't go through the MySophos login process.

The question now is are you willing to test:

1. Different browsers (clearing web cache and cookies)?
2. Different computers?
3. Possibly different networks?

...and replying with answers to each.

The firefox browser is configured to clear all cache and logs at exit, so fresh browser ever time.  I tried two differnet laptops one going through our content filter one routed around.  Tried IE on both laptops.  Tried Chrome on one laptop.  Tossed up a foxfi hotspot and still had issues going through the wireless carrier...
