Hi i wanna install Sophos on Lion.

- load sophos

- install the app

- update

- restart

BUG

- autoprtect dont load

Test with EICAR

    Hi Andrew,

    The Intercheck Process is running - The Shield is not to see.

    Eicar will detect, but the Threat Dialogwindow is not to see,

    only when i open the Mainwindow - than i see the Threat.

    An Contextscan over Finder is possible - than open the

    Quantaine - Window the Clean the Threat.

    I make an clean uninstall of Sophos with all Files.

    Than restart

    and installed fresh

    Andrew my Idea:

    1. Sophos Antivirus set in the Dock

    2. download EICAR

    3 Sophos Antivirus - will detect the File - ! Sophos blueShield with an "!"

    4 Sophos Antivirus set to the Anmeldeobjekte the starts it

    Freakie Idea - i know

    at the Moment i must load an File and scan it over Finder with an Contextscan :smileysad:

    Sounds like something has been corrupted in your configuration file. 

    1. Make a note of exclude paths, scan options, etc. that you've made
    2. In Preferences, click the Restore Defaults... (Voreinstellungen wiederherstellen...) button
    3. Re-apply configuration changes you've made.

    Let me know if this works please!
